Coaching Internships in Spain

The Spanish approach to coaching has been setting standards in athlete development for years — particularly when it comes to training organisation, methodology and an individual approach to each player’s development.

An internship at one of our partner clubs gives you the opportunity to experience these methods first-hand: observe and take part in training sessions, talk to local coaches and compare your own coaching methods with a different professional environment.

It is also an experience that helps you develop your skills, build valuable professional relationships and gain practical knowledge that you can apply directly in your work when you return home.
